About Us

Here at the Swallow Inn we're lucky to have such amazing views right outside our windows!

These views spread right across the Wolds with many amazing routes for walkers, cyclists, runners, bikers and dog walkers to explore.

The Swallow Inn is a traditional style pub that prides itself on delivering excellent service, food and drinks in comfortable surroundings.

Located in the village of Swallow we are only a few miles walk away from local villages and a quick drive away from Laceby and Grimsby.

Our homemade food ranges from a lighter lunch menu to traditional pub classics and Al La Carte Specials.

This village pub is solely run by our very own head chef Stephanie Dexter.

She began her journey at the young age of 16 by working at The White Hart Hotel in Lincoln Whilst also studying catering at college, she then went on to work at Doubletree By The Hilton where she continued her training.

After leaving The Hilton Steph then landed the Head Chef job at the Horse And Groom where she was able to pick up even more experience. 

We cannot wait to welcome everyone back to the Swallow Inn and we look forward to seeing some old and new faces in the pub!

Steph has been working hard throughout the past couple of years adapting her menus to ensure that people who suffer from any allergies can be tailored to accordingly.
